The iPod touch, the latest addition to the lineup is a nice touch. The capacity though is a bit disappointing. It would have been a killer iPod if it had the 160 GB HDD of the Classic. Anyway I think the rationale behind it is the cost would be less if it shared most components with the iPhone.

Talking about costs, for once I am happy not to be an early adopter. A 200$ price drop in 60 days is too much. Makes me wonder how much profit Apple planned on making with the iPhone originally.
